By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and will use the products only for lawful research.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use any product in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Defined Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of products or use contrary to their research-only purpose. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
