Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our products, purity, storage and delivery.
What does “research use only” mean?
All products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research. They are not medicines, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any clinical or diagnostic purpose.
How pure are your peptides?
Every batch is third-party tested by HPLC and LC-MS to ≥99% purity (BAC water is pharmaceutical grade). A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is available for every product.
How should I store the products?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are best kept at -20°C and are stable for many months. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated at 2–8°C, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
How do I reconstitute a peptide?
Add bacteriostatic water to the lyophilised vial, letting it run down the inside of the glass rather than directly onto the powder, and swirl gently until dissolved. Use our Reconstitution & Dosage Calculator to work out concentration and dose.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative, which allows multiple withdrawals from a vial. It is the standard diluent for reconstituting lyophilised research peptides.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day via tracked next-day courier. Delivery is free on orders over £100. We currently ship within the UK only.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Buying multiples of the same item unlocks automatic price breaks, applied automatically in the cart.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes — a lot-specific CoA with HPLC purity and LC-MS identity data is available for every product. Request one for your batch via the contact page.
