Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders from the UK using tracked courier services. The information below applies to orders placed through this website.

1. Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

2. Delivery Options & Cost

Standard tracked next-day delivery applies to UK mainland orders. Delivery is free on orders over £100; a flat-rate charge applies below this threshold and is shown at checkout.

3. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to delivery.

4. Packaging

All products are shipped discreetly and securely. Lyophilised products are stable for shipping at ambient temperature; please refrigerate or freeze on receipt as indicated on each product page.

5. Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
