Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders from the UK using a next-day courier service. The information below applies to orders placed through this website.

1. Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

2. Delivery Options & Cost

Standard next-day delivery applies to all UK mainland orders and is completely free — there is no minimum spend.

3. Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email so you know it's on its way.

4. Packaging

All products are shipped discreetly and securely. Lyophilised products are stable for shipping at ambient temperature; please refrigerate or freeze on receipt as indicated on each product page.

5. Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
